Task Description: This task was about this tekoteko. A tekoteko is the statue on top of Marae. We just had to read our book and complete the task.

Task Description:
For this task we were working with the beautiful amazing Whea Saf. We first had to read the book and complete the task that she created. Then the next day we carried on with our work.

My goals for Term 4

Walt: use correct sentences to help structure our writing.

Today was the first day of term four back at school and obviously the school holidays are over which is sad for some people. The topic for term four is Te wa Toi which means Time for art. Do you want the holidays to be over or no?? 

For term 4 I am very excited because this term we have loads to do like, Year six camp , Athletics and many more things that we enjoy. I am mainly excited to learn about the people who created and put all there time just to make an amazing piece of art. 

This term a really hope to complete my reading and go to a higher level that is at my age, I also hope that I get at least something at Prize giving. I want to be confident and maybe be a camp leader. I wish that I would get sports Women cause I look up to my older brothers and sisters/ Cousins because they always get sports Women or Men.

This term I am hoping to learn about the different types of cultural art. I wanna achieve this term by getting a certificate for prize giving or being camp leader but most of all I want to get the certificate for prize giving to make my whanau happy. I love trying to draw new things but I mainly love doing cultural patterns.

This term I am extremely busy but very exciting. We are gonna be very busy with athletics and many more , this term I hope to accomplish my goals , and I hope to learn about the different cultural art. I am extremely excited for this term keep reading to see what I post.

Task Description:

For this task we had to write about the new term and what we were hoping to achieve this year. After writing our last paragraph it was time to move on to the conclusion, we did a big lesson on it yesterday. I enjoyed this task because I finally learnt how to do a conclusion properly sometimes I ask my friends and they just confuse me. BYE BYE

Task Description: Yes were back at school and you know what that means back into school back into learning. Were doing Decimals at the moment.

Halloween hacks #4

Task Description: Yes it's almost Halloween and obviously sometimes it could be dangerous. I am very sorry that I haven't been posting a lot as I have been busy playing sports. I hope you enjoy this presentation that I have created just for you. Remember to go with an adult or go with someone that is older than you don't have too much candy in case you get sugar rush. So this story wasn't about Bill Slater it was about Corey he was the best player in his team and everybody knew that. Corey scores a lot of tries and he doesn't like it when his friends score any. So its like he showing of a bit. There was a game an-gist West Hill Ravens they were the hardest to beat. Corey think that he could pick on people that are not as good as he is. What would you do if you were picked on? At he end the won an-gist the ravens. I really enjoyed this book.

Sherlock Holmes and the disappearing dimond #2

This book was about a John Waston who went to this new school. He had only been there for a couple minutes when he met this mysterious guy his name was Sherlock Holmes. He was so evil, anyways they went to the museum Sherlock and his boys went to go see the jewel. When there was nobody around he stole the jewel and ran off. One of Johns friend dad was a cop luckily he was there at that moment. The alarm went on and everybody had to evacuate. Everybody evacuated at the same door accept for Sherlock and his boys they went the opposite way, so the cops decide to check him. I loved this book.
